Public Beta Terms

The service is available only to users who are at least 18 years old and use it exclusively for a business, trade, craft, or professional purpose. It is not offered to consumers.

If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these Terms. You must be authorized to use every GitHub account, repository, source file, package namespace, credential, domain, dependency, and other material you connect.

The public beta is scheduled to run until January 31, 2027. We may extend, change, suspend, or end it earlier and may stop accepting new projects or runs when capacity or safety requires.

Fair use is limited to three active projects and 30 accepted build or pipeline starts in any rolling 30-day period per user. These contractual limits are not guaranteed to have a real-time usage meter. We may ask you to reduce usage or manually restrict access when a limit is exceeded.

Use the service only for the documented repository and runtime shape, in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and third-party terms.

A hosted application must not collect, store, transmit, or otherwise process personal data. This restriction applies to data handled by your application; RunYour.App separately processes the limited account, source, and security information described in the Privacy Notice.

You retain your rights in your source and materials. You grant RunYour.App the limited permission needed to access, copy, analyze, build, store, run, route, verify, and remove them to provide and protect the service.

You authorize use of the GitHub OAuth grant, selected source, GHCR credential, and runtime values for the requested workflow. Protect credentials, keep expiry information accurate, rotate them when necessary, and revoke them after suspected exposure. You remain responsible for your application, content, security, dependencies, and users.

Results depend on your repository and third-party services, including GitHub, GHCR, and infrastructure providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

Deleting a project queues removal of platform-managed resources but does not delete private GHCR packages in your GitHub account. You must delete those packages and any external resources you control. Retain anything you need outside the service before the beta ends.

Features may fail, change, or be discontinued without a commitment to uptime, support time, compatibility, recovery, or continued access. We may limit, suspend, or remove a project or account to protect the service, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or manage beta capacity.

You may stop using the service and delete projects at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, liability, disputes, and necessary retained records survive termination.

The service is provided free of charge on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to EUR 100. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence where the law prohibits that exclusion.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Madrid, Spain have exclusive jurisdiction to the extent a binding rule does not require another forum.
